We only collect what you voluntarily provide in our forms: name (optional), email address and WhatsApp number (optional). We also record basic technical data about the request, such as the originating page, referrer, campaign parameters (UTM), browser and a hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse and automated submissions.
We use your data to deliver the free material you requested, to send news about books, articles and consulting services, and to improve the site's content. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties for commercial purposes.
Processing is based on your consent (art. 7, I of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018) and on the legitimate interest of communicating with people who requested our content. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We use third-party services strictly to operate the site: hosting and database, email delivery service and Google Analytics for aggregate audience metrics. These processors handle data only according to our instructions.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. You may block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the content.
We keep your data for as long as you wish to receive our communications. After a deletion request, data is removed from our base within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

Data is stored in a database with access restricted to the application server. Delivered files (PDFs) are made available through temporary, individual links valid for 24 hours.
